Health research lasted three years and included more than 2000 healthy adults aged 70 years and older. Participants in this study were prescribed with random vitamin D additives, omega-3 additives, power exercises and combination of them.

In a new study, experts examined DNA data and examples of the Doealth test. In total, this study contained 777 participants from Switzerland. Approximately 59% of the volunteers were women, the average age of the people at the beginning of the experiment was 75 years old.

Participants with Omega-3 additives showed the biggest reaction to DNAM. So, the cells are not as fast as you expect. In addition, people with lower Omega-3 levels have seen more significant epigenetic shifts during operation. This may indicate that Omega-3 additives can both slow down aging and refuse aging.

In addition, several epigenetic clocks used in this study confirmed health improvements while receiving Omega-3 and vitamin D, as well as the home exercise program. Some hours slowed down 1%in aging rate and the other two for about 3-4 months.

In other words, the experiment has been for more than 3 years, Vitamin D went for Omega-3 sports, extending their lives for 3-4 months.
