The Gubern Pharmacy Network subordinated to the authorities of the Krasnoyarsk territory sent a letter to the State Health Protection Committee of the DUMA with a request to develop a bill on the work of mobile pharmacies. This was announced by Kommersant, who became familiar with the document.

The letter establishes that residents of small settlements on the opening of pharmacies are applied regularly to the regional government, but it is almost impossible to find specialists and local adequate for them.
In October, the state entities of Volgofarm Volgograd Volgofarm addressed a proposal similar to the Duma Health Committee, writes Kommersant. Then, the attached chief of this committee, Yevgeny Nifantiev, said the bill on mobile pharmacies has already developed.
On February 11, the deputy told the newspaper that the Committee was discussing this bill with the Ministry of Health. On the agenda, according to Nifantiev, there is also the problem of maintaining the quality in the sale of medicines that are transported in mobile pharmacy points.
In the “provincial pharmacies”, Kommersant explained that four of this type would be enough for the territory of Krasnoyarsk: this is a car with air conditioning, refrigerator, cabinets to store drugs and a generator. Its cost is 6 million rubles, and current costs for a mobile pharmacy will be 2.9 million rubles a year, estimated on the network. Each year, this pharmacy will bring 5.4 million rubles.
At the same time, the company believes that mobile pharmacies are more profitable than stationary, since two pharmacists for a mobile point are much easier to find than to choose staff for a dozen stationary pharmacies in remote and inaccessible areas. In addition, a mobile pharmacy will work in dozens of settlements, and not one, as stationary, indicated in provincial pharmacies.
The DSM CEO Group Analytical, Sergei Shulak, appreciates that they are approximately 1-1.5 million rubles to open a pharmacy in a small town, and around 5 million rubles per year are required. According to the expert, you can break the work not before three years after the opening.
