The books published after August 1, 1990 and included in the Registry of Works approved by the MINCIFRE are subject to brands. This will affect those books that contain information from “integral part of the artistic plan justified by gender”, including the manufacture, storage and consumption of medicines, says the document.
According to the draft of the order, editors and distributors of literary works must be launched, for example, shops and fairs. The text of the marking must be the following: “It contains information on narcotic or psychotropic substances, whose use is dangerous to health. Its illegal billing implies criminal responsibility.
There must also be a triangle -shaped warning signal with a sign of exclamation inside. In addition, the brand size must be at least 5% of the coverage area, and the color of the source and the warning signal, contrasting with respect to its background.
In addition, the document says that the brand must be carried out in a typographic method on the deck or use a sticker with text. In Audiobros, the brand must be published on the bibliographic card on the distributor website.
Vladimir Putin signed a law that prohibits drug propaganda in literary works, in August. For the distribution of books with the mention of prohibited substances without the appropriate labeling, companies will face fines of up to 600 thousand rubles.
