The owners of issuance points doubt the success of the company. PVZ is a format “that is popular among those who come from work or the store, for mothers with strollers,” Forbes said by the owner of about 300 PVZ in Russia Pavel Chatulov. “I doubt that customers choose a PVZ in a mall outside their usual route,” he said.
Chatulov also did not like the idea of limiting the delivery of products through a PVZ 5 km from the mall. “In Russia, there are small cities with a mall in the center of the city, therefore, colleagues offer to make these monopolist shopping agents on a scale of the entire settlement,” he explained.
