If you are still using Windows 95 in 2025, the AID64 application developer does not have good news. The hardware diagnostic tool is no longer compatible with computers running the operating system version of Microsoft in August 1995.

The operating system, which was released about 30 years ago, lost official support of Microsoft in 2001, and its 98 version was updated in 2002 and 2003, respectively. The latter, also known as Millennium Edition, is considered one of the worst of software history due to performance and locking problems.

On the other hand, Aida64 V7.60 is still compatible with other versions that have been releasing for more than 20 years such as Windows 2000 and Windows XP. The process in the latest prints is normal.

In addition to saying goodbye to old Windows versions, the update of the hardware diagnostic tool brings other news such as support for the recently released RX 9070 and RX 9070 XT RX graphics cards. There are also improvements in NVIDIA’s compatibility with the RTX 50 series.

Verde and purple dark themes are available for user selection, optimizations for B840, B850 and B860 chip motherboards, Corsair HX1200i 2023 power supply sensor and Intel Arrow Lake-H and other emphasis on Arrow Lake processors and other improvements. There are also bug fixes.
