“TSMU SSOP verified the availability of the YouTube service. The service in Russia is not available, ”said the Ria Novosti agency.
On Friday, several television channels and federal publications reported that the users of some Internet suppliers have earned temporarily without VPN.
In particular, the Baza Telegram channel indicated the uninterrupted work of video accommodation with customers of MTS. And on RBC’s day, Rostelecom and Beeline’s customers said they said they could watch a video without deceleration.
Since some users observed this situation only by some users, the media suggested that this was a consequence of a technical error.
