SPOC is a part of the US space forces created in 2019 to protect the US interests in space. Although the general slogan of the space forces is Semper Supra (always higher ”), Spoc focuses on cosmic military operations and discovery operations.
Recently, SPOC leaders visited South Korea and Japan to strengthen their partnerships. During a visit to Japan, Senior Master Sergeant Kaleb Lloyd emphasized the importance of close cooperation with allies to improve space defense and “secure the security of the Indo-Pacific region”.
