Gazprom sets record for daily gas supply to China

Gazprom announced the achievement of a record gas supply to China on its telegram channel. At the same time, the company did not mention the volume of gas supplied in cubic meters.

Gazprom supplies natural gas to China through the Power of Siberia pipeline. Gazprom's Chinese partner is the state oil and gas corporation CNPC.

In February, Gazprom signed an additional contract with CNPC to increase gas supply. The annual gas supply volume should increase from 38 to 48 billion cubic meters per year. The supply contract for a period of 30 years was signed by the companies in 2014.
