Until March – May 2025, Lumma was infected with windows about 400,000 computers. The program was distributed through identity hunting letters, fake sites and malicious advertising. With the court’s decision, Microsoft blocked more than 2,300 harmful areas and the FBI closed 5 more used to control the attacks. However, international partners also worked – Europol, Japanese JC3 center and large companies in cyber security.
