Artificial Intelligence, Avito work and the bank “point” work shows that Russian companies have been actively involved in the working processes of the work. Approximately 24% of the organizations already use AI and almost half of them apply daily technologies and one third returns several times a week. This approach helps to deal with tasks faster and more efficiently.

Most of the time, II, transportation and logistics (67%), hotel and restaurant business (59%), banks (58%), trade (56%) and medicine (55%) are introduced. The main tasks that companies solve with the help of AI include customers working with customers, collection for analysis, optimizing processes, calculating text and writing. It is noteworthy that the processing of demands and texts occupies almost the same share: 32% and 31%, respectively.

According to experts, artificial intelligence will not replace a person, but can undertake routine tasks that are important, especially in the lack of employees. Dmitry Puchkov, the Development Director of the Avito study, said that AI technologies have opened great opportunities to digitizes processes and simplify the process, especially in areas where manual labor takes too much time.
