Within the framework of the new study, experts examined information about 28,525 adult participants (14,329 women and 14 196 men) of the National Representative of the United States (NHANES) for 2007-2018. The participants filled the patient’s health survey (PHQ-9) to assess the severity of depression symptoms.

All three types of nutrition (calorie restrictions, restriction of nutrients, established nutrition models (eg adapted for diabetic patients) were also associated with higher somatic symptoms among male participants.

People who were obesity, which were connected to a settled diet, had higher cognitive-inspected and somatic symptoms than volunteers with a healthy weight that did not observe the diet.
