In the OpenCL test, the video card won 88,727 points, which can be compared with 19% higher (approximately 74,500 points) and almost RTX 4060m (89 206 points).
RTX 5050m works at a frequency up to 2407 MHz and has 8 GB video memory (actually – 7.96 GB). It is assumed that the memory type is not yet confirmed, but is GDDR6 or GDDR7.
Currently, it is known that the configuration of mobile and desktop versions will not be different: Both will receive 20 information process blocks (flow multiple processors).
According to preliminary information, RTX 5050M RTX 4060m will offer performance, but at a more affordable price. Nvidia has not yet announced the TDP, but the series is expected to be in the range of 40-100 Watts like its senior brothers.
