Installation is a compact combustion chamber with a volume of 50 liters equipped with the selection of video surveillance systems, temperature and combustion products. It aims to test both solid (coal) and liquid fuel (diesel, waste oil, biofuel).
A feature of development is mobility and productivity. If the standard tests on large -sized equipment can take up to a few days, the new installation has similar tasks within two hours. This is obtained due to rapid heating of the combustion chamber and other elements of the system.
According to developers, the installation also allows us to investigate the effectiveness of nozzles and various combustion modes. The pilot example is already in BuTakova in TPU.
