Recently, Steam has updated its rules, which shows that games that do not meet the standards of payment partners will be deleted. However, the expressions turned out to be very uncertain. Developers were warned to avoid “certain types of adult content”, but did not specify which.
In an official comment, Valve announced that he received notifications from the payment systems about violations. The loss of access to these payment methods is not very good, so it is decided to remove some of the adult content.
According to Steamdb, more than 100 games have already suffered. At the same time, it is unclear whether new rules will affect other games with ordinary romantic elements or some “adult” scenes.
So far, most of these games continue to be suitable.
