Now Corning has promised to abandon all exclusivity conditions in current agreements with smartphone manufacturers and glass processors. The conclusion of such agreements in the future is also prohibited.
In addition, Corning will not be able to demand that from producers and suppliers to buy glass on a certain volume within the European Economic Region. At the global level, the supply share in Corning should not exceed 50%. These rules will be valid for nine years and will follow the “independent observer” practices.
