As part of a new study, experts have analyzed information about 927.130 adult Japanese for more than 20 years from the desc medical database. During the medical examination, the participants filled a survey about lifestyle and was observed an average of 2.6 years.
According to the results of the study, it was found that people who missed breakfast three times a week were 18% higher. The risk of breaking was 8%higher for dinner less than two hours before going to bed three times a week.
Researchers also noticed that these habits in nutrition are often combined with other unhealthy habits: smoking, lack of physical activity and sleep.
