After blocking sound calls in Telegram and *WhatsApp, most of the Russian regular phone began to use more often. The examination of Novofofor service showed that 70% of the survey participants began to search for relatives and solve their working problems by phone.
Before the restrictions, the ambassadors used 75% of the participants to communicate with relatives and friends, 35% for work calls and 12% for communication with customers and customers. Many of them also clarified the information about goods, recorded services or communication companies. Some users completely transferred all the calls to the ambassadors.
After blocking sound search, the Russians began to look for an alternative. In addition to phone calls, 27% began to write more frequent text messages, and use 22% voicemail and 10% – E -Mail. Google Meet, Zoom and Yandex television system work calls 13%and companies’ websites and applications -7%. Every fourth interviewed, domestic Max Messenger began to use.
The attitude was divided against restrictions. One -third of the Russians, believing that this is a way of developing indigenous journalists, evaluating them in a positive way. The department believes that they quickly find an alternative and 12% are not suitable for urgent problems. At the same time, 31% of the participants believe that the ban is forced to return to past communication methods and 10% lost contact with some interlocutors.
Basic challenges are related to communication with relatives and friends (30%) and people abroad (28%). Working communication colleagues and 17% and 12% with customers were complex. At the same time, problems rarely arise with companies: 7% support, 6% with doctors and 5% with teachers.
Mostly by telephone, the Russians now solve problems with their close ones (48%) and emergency working duties (45%), services (27%) and goods purchases (20%). Each tenth limits only use text messages or voice messages with urgent questions, the rest.
