In basic parameters such as intensity and bending power, development exceeds standard Russian counterparts and corresponds to foreign examples. Material metallurgical, mechanical engineering and oil and gas industry will find applications.

The technological process involves the application of glaze and centrifugal processing that allows you to obtain a almost perfect smooth surface. This not only improves the appearance of products, but also significantly increases service life in abrasive wear conditions.

The TSU laboratory has already created a part production cycle from new ceramics with its execution accuracy up to 0.05 mm. Development is carried out as part of the strategic project of less toned chemistry and new materials with the support of the Priority 2030 program.

Scientists are ready to regulate small product production according to the drawings of industrial customers using internal raw materials and equipment. The press service said that there is currently high demand for such solutions for the transfer of machine parts.
