The new training site is equipped with modern technical equipment and digital solutions. This will integrate all stages of the life cycle of the construction of ships into a single information environment. Students will receive professional competences in the design, production and operation of ships of various types.
Julia Oganova, Director of Human Resources Department of OSK, said Technopark’s company’s personnel policy would be an important element. It will contribute to the implementation of the innovative development strategy and the digital transformation of local shipbuilding.
As part of OSK and College Partnership, they plan to apply additional training programs jointly. These include “Shipbuilding Shipyards”, “Children’s Design Office” and “Codomaster”.
