Space Perspective Company continues to actively advertise its tours to the stratosphere and talk about the details of the devices of the Space Lounge high-altitude capsule. It is already known for sure that there will be no weightlessness on the doorstep – this is quite likely for tourists accustomed to the usual level of comfort.
The flight to the stratosphere on the Neptune spacecraft is about 6 hours, of which 2 hours are allotted for staying at an altitude of about 30 km. The real space is still quite far away, but 99% of the earth’s atmosphere is already below, and therefore the traveler gets “real” space places. For this flight, scheduled for sunrise, so that tourists can see the beauty of this process, how the astronauts will meet her at ms.
The interior capsules are designed in dark colors, there is nothing shiny here so as not to create glare and not interfere with contemplating the pictures outside the window. By default, reclining chairs are built here, but Space Perspective says they can convert the romantic party pod to wedding sessions or treatments. There is a bar, Wi-Fi and panoramic windows on board – the capsule rises and expends at a speed of only 30 km / h so that travelers can fly in comfort, unlike the interesting “jumps” into space that other companies return.
The cost of a flight to the Space Lounge starts from $125,000, the launch will begin in 2024.
