Softline has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Vash Payment Conductor, a software developer for solutions in the field of cashless payments. This is stated in the Softline message. The amount of the transaction is not given.
The agreement will allow Softline to “diversify its business lines”, expand its line of products and solutions and create new products in the acquisitions and payments industry.

Reportedly, its Payment Explorer will be able to expand its presence in the Russian market and in new regions.
“The merger will give us the opportunity to offer banks and equipment providers comprehensive services that will not only increase sales, but also optimize previously manual processes to the maximum. We now have something to offer companies from almost any field,” said Sergey Chernovolenko, Global CEO of Softline.
