The businessman asked the court not to publicize the details of his lawsuit, but, according to The Guardian, the rules allow the publication of an edited version of the document without details. It will most likely appear in the public domain in the near future.

Twitter sued Elon Musk after he refused to buy the company. The deal was valued at $44 billion. Musk changed his mind after learning about the number of fake accounts on the social network.

On July 29, the Delaware State Court scheduled the first hearing in the case of Elon Musk’s refusal to buy Twitter on October 17. The trial will be held on an expedited basis and will last just five days, though Musk’s lawyers have called for it to be postponed until 2023.
