Kommersant reports that the Ministry of Digital Transformation uses a register of unacceptable events in information security for government agencies and objects of critical confidential information (CII).
The register of powers will “raise awareness” of the authorities and will be open to all companies. It may include hacking the official page or sending false data on behalf of the organization.
The list should include scenarios that are dangerous for the IT infrastructures of companies and that “should not be allowed under any circumstances.”
