The expert also painted a serious picture of what was happening. He said that “pro-government groups of other countries” “sit” in many regions of Russia, in the infrastructure of many industries and even in federal executive bodies.
And these groups have been in the infrastructure of government sites for at least 5 years. But no one understands how to deal with them. These groups are extremely difficult to spot: “Even if you find them, they have unlimited budgets and will definitely come back – you just have to be ready for it.”
