Google is working on Android 13, which will be released on the Pixel smartphone later this year. In the meantime, work is being done on its successor Android 14. Now it is known what name the operating system will take, and this is still in line with the tradition of using the names of desserts.
According to the makers of XDA-Developers, Android will be called ‘Upside Down Cake’. The name was discovered in Android Gerrit’s code.
