SAP began to dispose of IT equipment in Russia

One of the interlocutors of the publication specifies that SAP wants to find a Russian partner to whom it will transfer the equipment, and will already sell it.

The balance price of the team reaches 50 million euros (3 billion rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on September 7), a source knows. Another specified that the market value of the equipment is estimated at about 1.4 billion rubles.

According to Kommersant, Rostelecom is interested in the purchase. SAP CIS CEO Andrey Filatov did not comment on this issue, Rostelecom also declined to comment.

SAP is one of the largest providers of systems for enterprise resource management in the world and in the Russian Federation (approximately 60% of the market). After the start of a special operation in Ukraine, SAP scaled back work in Russia, leaving only support for existing customers, and in June announced plans to exit the market altogether.
