The sapphire crystal of the rear camera is scratched in a similar way, although on the Mohs scale, scratches should only appear at the eighth level. Sometimes Apple uses sapphire with lots of impurities.
As expected, when applying a lighter to the screen of the iPhone 14, after about 20 seconds of fog, there are broken pixels, which then are not restored.
