Radio Research Institute specialists have developed a non-volatile, fully autonomous support, which is associated with the installation of preferential telecom equipment and with redundant costs, probably closing the connection of sites in remote regions and on federal highways.
The equipment on the supports is powered by deepening batteries into the ground, which, in turn, are charged by solar panels and two types of wind turbines.
The output load power is 5 kW. That is, you can use a full-fledged mobile communication station, as well as tropospheric, radio relay or any other equipment for the purpose of the destination.
The batteries used, developed in special caissons and built underground, operate for 20 years without additional maintenance. Also worth noting is the anti-vandal design of the facades.

Tests of the non-volatile platform have already been completed and today at the test site near Balashikha, already with a prototype of a novelty made exclusively from domestic components, NIIR will soon present it to partners and interested organizations.
In addition, on behalf of the head of NIIR Oleg Ivanov, as soon as the first orders for supports are received, the institute can, in strict accordance, apply mass production of a new difficult.
