The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal left Apple’s complaint against a fine of 906 million rubles unchanged, FAS reports.

Last 2021, the FAS imposed a $906 million turnover fine on Apple for abusing the App Store penetration, “through barriers that were delayed to the competitive advantages of its own product, while simultaneously launching a similar “parental control” service.

The antimonopoly case was initiated after a check by Kaspersky Lab.

In addition to the fine, the FAS votes for Apple to change the rules of the App Store, removing the provisions, preventing the inclusion of applications in other situations for any reason. Apple didn’t.

In May, this Court of Appeal of First Instance was also detained by the FAS and sent a reversal of the fine to Apple. [ФАС]
