According to the report, the global smartphone market decreased by 9% compared to the same period last year. That made it the worst quarter overall since 2014.

At the same time, the top three manufacturer leaders turned out to be interesting. Samsung is in the first place with a share of 22% in the global market. It is followed by Apple with 18%. Xiaomi closes the top three – the Chinese brand accounts for 14% of the global smartphone market.

It is worth noting that this seller is the most popular among Chinese companies. It is followed by Oppo and Vivo with 10% and 9% respectively.

Recall earlier, in August 2022 Xiaomi was ranked 266th in the Fortune Global 500 list.
