The Elixir Family franchise, which allows entrepreneurs to break into the US market through sales on Amazon, received $500,000 from Netology co-founder and venture investor Maxim Spiridonov.
Spiridonov himself spoke about this on his Telegram channel and confirmed to RB.RU the head of the Elixir Family Artem Goldman.
“I am a co-founder of a startup again. I am making my biggest investment in business: up to $500,000 in the next few months. <…> It is a global health and wellness brand. His business model is a synthesis of four growing markets: e-commerce, franchising, business education and the community,” Spiridonov said.
Elixir Family, according to its website, is an “innovative franchise” that allows other entrepreneurs to open a business in the US by launching a product on Amazon under its brand.
The company selects franchisees from among those who wish, then selects a product for launch for each, provides a factory for production, and accompanies all the stages of bringing the product to Amazon.
The Elixir Family partner receives 93% of the income, the remaining 7% is taken by the franchise.
Elixir Family is being developed by the co-founder of the Visabot service, Artem Goldman (CEO of Elixir Family), CPO Vladimir Zagorsky, Maxim Spiridonov, CEO of legal technology company Amulex Egor Kovalenko and CEO Profit Whales Alexander Nezhnik.
According to Spiridonov, Elixir Family is a startup with “unicorn” potential, the partners intend to build a company with a capitalization of more than $10 billion by 2030.
