The overall cyber literacy index of Russian residents was 48.2 points out of 100. As part of the study on the subject, experts tested Russian knowledge of current cyber threats and ways to protect against them.

Speaking of direct testing, it covered the following topics: antivirus, safe use of the Internet, social engineering, phone and Internet fraud, personal data security, safe use of Wi-Fi, etc.

The highest level of cyber literacy was found among Russians aged 25 to 34. But as the respondent got older, the index value dropped.
