Brazilians recognized the work of Gustavo Almeida, a 19-year-old artist from Rio de Janeiro, in October of this year when he drew Brazilian states like characters in a fighting game. This time the young man went even further and used the theme of the main football tournament to illustrate his new work.
As a guest of the channel TNT SportsThis time Almeida drew the countries participating in the 2022 World Cup like fighters in a fighting game. The result got a lot of attention and went viral on social media today (24).
In addition to introducing the drawings, the artist had the opportunity to give a brief description of the elements that make up the decor and costumes of the warriors. The studies taught Twitter users a good history lesson.

Starting with Brazil, one of the favorite teams to win the 2022 World Cup, Gustavo Almeida has drawn a native human being with our beloved caramel hybrid dog.
“I thought a lot about how to make brazil, what fit my head the most was a friendly native man with a nose and a hat.

Another character drawn by the artist is the representative of Serbia, which is Brazil’s first match in the World Cup this Thursday (24). The Serbian “hateful but reliable, doesn’t have many friends but doesn’t get in trouble with anyone. A wild man with the ability to transform and become a monster! Severe, rapid blows.” The result is below:
