Rocketbank co-founder Viktor Lysenko’s Singapore startup Osome has raised $25 million that will be used to expand activities in Asian countries, which are a core market for the fintech company.

TechCrunch reports on the deal and is also featured on the company’s Crunchbase profile.

Investors in the $25 million Series B were Illuminate Financial, AFG Partners and Winter Capital. Osome plans to use part of the funds raised to expand its activities in Asia.

Osome has developed an online assistant for entrepreneurs that helps to register a company, keep accounts, prepare reports and write documents. The startup’s customer base includes 11,000 companies in Singapore, Hong Kong and the UK.

According to Crunchbase, Osome has raised $49.5 million in total funding for the current round, including in 2018, 2019, and 2020.

Osome was founded in 2017 by Rocketbank co-founder Viktor Lysenko and iPrice Group founder Konstantin Lange. The startup is based in Singapore.
