The whole plant is a toy hangar, which is divided into different sections. Machine production starts on the second floor. Previously painted bodies are lowered onto unmanned platforms called AGVs.

These platforms move independently thanks to lidars and magnets detected in the floor. They are electric and can be charged from floor chargers.

Then seals and some attachments are attached to the body. The panoramic roof is a separate part that is built from the windshield.

Large parts such as the dashboard and the central transport placement of people using special manipulators that allow the coverage of heavy parts.

The windshield is being prepared for installation by a person. He sticks a Ford sticker, a rearview mirror and a picture of the glass frame that will be in contact with the body.

After that he passes the glass a robot that applies keys and installs glass on the body. Then another robot joins. It fixes the glass with a laser.

At the next stage, the trunk is attached to the body of the pickup truck, and then the frame, on which the wheels, motor and battery are located. Everything happens automatically, without the participation of people.

The frame is assembled on another line. Two options for installation on a “bare” frame, which drives up on an unmanned AGV platform. Then the suspension and brakes were installed on the frame.

Interestingly, the frame is going upside down. It flips over with the help of robots and is attached to a giant battery that connects to the right department on the AGV.

After that the frame is photographed by two robots. Their task is to check the correct connection of all elements, first of all, before they are installed on the body. They do all this on their own.

As soon as the frame is connected to the body, all the necessary technical fluids are poured into the car and the lining of the front trunk is updated.

Further, wheels and underbody protection are attached to the pickup truck. Now he can move on his own. An employee buys a ready-made pickup truck for LED lamps in order to check the body for dents and other defects.

If outwardly the body is in order, then the pickup truck is driven into special boxes, where it is poured with water on all sides to check the tightness.

Then the car loaded up for charging. From 20% to 80%, it loads in less than 30 minutes using liquid-cooled charging.

At the closing meeting, the pickup trucks are driven by employees to another hangar, from where they are delivered to customers and showrooms.
