Alfa-Bank and H opened a free school for the development of flexible skills. Soft skills lessons will help you learn how to work with people, organize teamwork, and more.
Alfa-Bank profile managers and the HR career service conduct lessons on developing flexible skills or soft skills. As a result of completing the training course, you can take a test and, if successful, receive a personal certificate that will increase your chances of finding a job, Alfa-Bank’s press service noted.
“Although this is only the first season of our school, it will help you handle three software that will be useful in any profession. In addition, they will be useful even outside of work”, said Polina Pobeda to the Head of Media “H”.
Soft skills, or flexible skills, involve, in particular, the ability to organize teamwork, negotiate, find a common language with colleagues, and the ability to learn.
