The fact that the Russian market is discussing the possibility of introducing a token system for the purchase of space in apartments, said the State Duma deputy Anatoly Aksakov. According to him, this mechanism can be implemented in the near future.
Aksakov explained that the token will determine the number of square meters in the house in which its owner will buy an apartment. Ownership of the token will mean ownership of a specific area in the apartment. With each purchased token, this area will increase, the deputy specified.
The authors of the initiative have already been submitted to the State Duma and, according to Aksakov, it can be implemented within the framework of current legislation. According to real estate market participants, your tokenization can give you an incentive to grow.
