Proptech Realiste, a company that analyzes the real estate market using artificial intelligence (AI), launched an online property booking service from a developer for investors in November.

After the launch of the reservation system, Realiste’s AI engine independently selected, evaluated and “sold” 50 apartments to investors within a month. This was reported to RB.RU by a company representative.

Artificial intelligence from Realiste independently “sold” 50 apartments in Dubai

Real estate is booked directly with the developer in a couple of minutes at the touch of a button (the AI is integrated with top developers in the region, the company notes).

How artificial intelligence works in the reservation system:

  • collects information on all transactions in the real estate market from government sources, CRM systems and others;
  • cut counterfeits, incorrect data, non-existent batches;
  • evaluates the movement of prices and demand in the areas, data on the quality of construction and infrastructure, makes forecasts for several years and calculates the ROI (profit) of renting each apartment;
  • select offers that can generate a profit for resale or rental.

After that, the investor must log in to the system, evaluate the proposed options and click on the “Book” button if any option is of interest to him. Other transactions are done directly with the developer.

It is noted that the probability of artificial intelligence error is currently 5-8%. According to Realiste, users report incorrect apartment appraisals by the system. The company is working on a solution to this problem.

The Realiste platform allows you to invest in real estate, it is based on artificial intelligence. AI collects and analyzes information about objects and offers profitable options. Through the platform, investors reserve and purchase properties online and offline.
