It included several large Zoom video conferencing services – a service from IVA Technologies, the Mail 2.0 mail service from Rosatom, and the VK Teams system. At the same time, the Russian analogues of TikTok and Instagram were not included in the list (owned by Meta, which was declared extremist and banned in Russia).
It is noted that all of the above projects do not receive the promised grants within the industrial competence centers for territorial “communication services”. However, those who are included in the list apply for preferential rates on loans.
The corresponding application from IVA Technologies has already been received, the amount of required debt financing is 50 million rubles.
