The master franchisee of the Domino’s Pizza network in Turkey, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Russia, DP Eurasia NV, is considering options to sell its business in the Russian Federation. He said so in a statement.
It should be noted that DP Eurasia assesses the effectiveness of its activities in the country and determines the degree of impact of sanctions.
“Accordingly, the company is considering various options, which may include the sale of its Russian operations,” DP Eurasia said in a statement.
The company added that while work to define the terms of a potential deal has not been completed, the results “cannot be certain.”
DP Eurasia NV, along with many other foreign companies, announced the suspension of investments in the Russian Federation and the rejection of royalties. At the same time, the Domino’s Pizza network operates in the country to this day.
Earlier it became known that the Polish holding company Amrest Group decided to sell its KFC restaurants in Russia for at least 100 million euros and Almira LLC was reported to be the buyer.
