The idea of creating a completely wireless TV seems fantastic, but in fact it turned out to be quite feasible. Startup Displace brought to CES 2023 the “TV of the Future”, completely devoid of wires. Raised 4K, diagonally 55 days.

The DisplaceTV TV weighed 9 kilograms and had a lot of “glue” on itself with a bright nondescript appearance. The TV will sit on the battery. A fully charged battery will get it working for 180 days when viewed 6 hours a day. The developers have provided for the possibility of combining up to 4 such TVs into one panel. In this case, the user gets a whole “video wall” – a diagonal of 110 days and an 8K transfer.

All signal sources are pre-supplied to the base side, which can broadcast a video signal for days. At the same time, it is not necessary that all of them be presented directly from him. You can control the TV in several ways – through the application, touch and voice. But the most interesting and unusual is the gesture control. To correct it, a regular high-resolution camera is installed on the TV.

DisplaceTV is not yet for sale, but it can be booked by paying the company 10% of the cost of the selected installation. The TV will cost $2,999, while sets 2 and 4 will cost $5,399 and $8,999. The manufacturer says that the novelty is cheaper than the less functional Entry tax, announced by Southern Knock Precise.
