The majority of respondents admitted that they cannot do without a refrigerator, washing machine and TV, considering these devices to be the most valuable appliances in the house.
The research showed that 23 percent of respondents considered the refrigerator the most important appliance in the home, 20 percent chose the washing machine, and 15 percent viewed the TV as essential.
When choosing home appliances, Russians focus primarily on price (26%), quality (25%) and functionality (22%). Brand is also an important factor (13%). 47% of the participants stated that the average lifespan of their devices was between 5 and 10 years, while 33% stated that their devices lasted more than 10 years.
In addition, 26 percent of Russians buy home appliances on credit, while 10 percent insure their purchases, being aware of the high cost and importance of these devices in daily life.
