Apple announced a series on Wednesday (18) special content and new products for the celebrations Black History MonthCelebrated in the United States and other countries in February. Highlights include a themed wristband for the Apple Watch, curated TV shows and movies, and more.

Black artists will be honored in the playlist on Apple Music For Us, By Usin the program Message and Apple Music 1 will feature special programming on Country and HITS radio stations, while Apple TV+ will bring shows and movies curated by author Jelani Cobb.

The Cupertino company will also celebrate Black History Month by presenting new thematic experiences on Fitness+, highlighting black creators in Podcasts, and presenting apps and games on the App Store with creative solutions for black communities. The News, Books and Maps apps will also have exclusive content.

Another highlight is Maçã’s support for five organizations committed to providing economic and educational opportunities to black communities as part of its Racial Equality and Justice (REJI) campaign.
