Sue Peacock, a health counselor and psychologist, has some simple tips to help you wake up refreshed and energized.
When a person is forced to wake up by an alarm clock, their brain stays in an intermediate state for a while. In other words, sleep is called inertia. Therefore, if you set the alarm to repeat several times in the morning, it can lead to feeling more tired than before. Therefore, it is better to refuse such an idea, although in the morning it is difficult.
Also, if possible, turn on the light immediately in the morning. Open curtains will also help you feel more cheerful.
In addition to all of the above, Dr. Peacock recommended taking a daily vitamin D supplement, remembering physical activity, and spending less time in front of a screen before bed. Try not to use digital devices at least an hour before bedtime.
