While Intel leverages its latest financial reports to reiterate its plans to launch new Meteor Lake processors in the second half of this year, the Lunar Lake generation continues to be planned for next year. If the company’s plans are approved, we will also launch the official launch of Emerald Rapids components in 2023.

The information is coming to stifle discussions about possible delays, especially at a time when the company’s earnings are falling. The company has promised the first Meteor Lake for the second half of 2023, but has not announced a more specific launch window.

Intel also didn’t comment on whether we’ll see components targeting desktops or laptops first, but due to rumors of a possible re-launch of the Raptor Lake-S line. VideoCardz predicts that we will see mobile processors first.

Intel’s updated roadmap

This year we should also see the arrival of Emerald Rapids processors for data centers and HPC. Intel would like to see the launch of the products in the second half of this year, given that they were delayed from the first planned launch last year.
