Sberbank has launched an online course on digital transformation, in which representatives of large companies explain what stages of digital transformation exist, how to reduce costs, create a digital corporate culture and work with changes.
The program is designed for digital transformation leaders, business owners and managers, the bank said.
The formation is divided into three blocks. In the first, experts explain how digital change is shaping companies’ strategic objectives. In the second, what specific technologies are being introduced in digital transformation projects. The third focuses on how leaders become drivers of digital transformation.
