The MTT S8 is billed as the first desktop “gaming” card to support PCIe Gen5. The model, which has 4096 cores based on the MUSA architecture, is also equipped with 16 GB of GDDR6 memory.
According to 3DMark tests, the video card is much slower than the Intel Arc A770 – by 35-64%. But the MTT S8 has managed to run the Crysis game. However, only in D3D9 mode.
It was noted that the MTT team is now working to support more games and more advanced technologies, but the process is slow.
