It is not the rules themselves that are wrong, but the alleged release for all users of the service, although there has been no official notification from the company. Netflix announced that the new rules only apply to users in Chile, Costa Rica, and Peru.
Rules for all viewers will be released later, but relevant announcements will be released first.
According to the rules, using the same Netflix account by different users outside the home network includes connecting to the account owner’s Wi-Fi network once a month. Otherwise, the account will be blocked.
