The ad is shown to users immediately after downloading Windows 10 and prevents them from accessing the desktop until they are forced to accept the free trial.

Users claim that there is no visible way to bypass this ad. If you choose “No thanks”, the user will still be redirected to the payment confirmation page. Some people found it intrusive. Although it is possible that this behavior is just a bug.
