Recently, many users complained that the volume buttons on their devices started to randomly drop. Of course, this visibly causes such inconveniences and questions, given how much the phones cost.

According to these reports, the buttons simply cannot be put in place. However, Google support stated that this does not apply to the warranty case.

This situation is confusing, especially if we remember the announcement of the search giant’s first folding flagship, which is foreseen for 2023. If a company can’t adequately respond to such a mundane hardware issue, it’s scary to imagine how it will respond to user complaints if the flex display breaks.
